Its amazing for Globat for #1. never had my website up, #2. the login page doesnt recognize me #3. thats after I got 2 invoices from them one for 53 and another 196 dollars ….196 was supposed to be returned..but it never was. #4. the customer support guys don’t speak english and are clueless! #5. the sales guy “james” who promised he will return calls if I left messages within “5minutes”…doesn’t ever call back..well its not his money is it?
Globat is scam. they steal people’s money and have incredibly bad service!!!

Downtime has been awful the past three to four days…glitching in and out…I awoke at 7:30am EST this morning 02-21-2008, and all of Globat was down. It came back up between 5:45-6:00pm. During this period their phone lines were busy, no email response from support@globat.com…nothing. I had 2 new websites I was building for clients this week…and due to the downtime from Globat this week…both clients canceled their service with me, and I had to refund $1200.00 back to them. Thanks Globat for your (haha) 99.9% uptime

Ummmm…Globat…where is my website? Even the logon page is offline. What is going on?

Hmm…

That’s funny. I would have agreed until today. I’ve been a customer with Globat
for more then 4 years and today 02-21-2008 it has been down the entire day.
